I posted below about the hd's in auto news. I thought I'd bring it up here, learning that the half tons are included.
I received 2 emails for my 2 HD's about a recall for the tailgate dropping on their own.
I looked at the MyGMC app for more information and the recall is including the half...
Just got an email for my hd's. GM is recalling, but no remedy is available.
Well, us rednecking engineers have one. Might not be pavement queen type truck remedy, but us dirt farmer, construction types it is.
I need the part number for the winter grille cover for the 2019-2022 pre-refresh 1500 Denali with front camera.
Old age is getting to me and for the life of me I can't find mine. Nor can I find the damn gm part number to look for one or call the dealer in the morning to order.
Did an ebay...
I don't use msn for my news, but this link was linked on a farming forum I partake in. This would help the soybean market for us farmers. Soybean oil is used in wiring insulation, diesel fuel, oil/grease, and fords seat cushions...

Haven't been here for a couple of weeks, getting ready for the rush. I farm in Nebraska, but I read farm news from other states. The 5th paragraph of the article, raised my eyebrow concerning not only nitrogen for the corn and wheat, but for my diesels...
Was surprised at how clean it was.
Heading to Arizona this weekend for a week and wanted to change the fuel filter beforehand for the first time. Monitor was at 28% with 20800 miles. Other than buying fuel along the way to Virginia, Tennessee and Arkansas, last year, it has burned #2 that is...
Finally had a day that I could play in the shop. Installed the turbo muffler eliminator. Took about 10 minutes. Better on the ear now.

No windshield blockage...
Thought I'd put this out there if anyone is interested in mounting the...
Installed the gen5diy bed switch this weekend. It is and will be a handy feature to have at night.
The bed already had a .250" hole, just used a step bit to enlarge, to fit the switch.
I also installed a set of mid gate step lights. Just 2 simple mods that are on the cheap.
here, posting this, but thought you all would like something different. It does fall under "appearance".
If your looking for a close match of Pacific Blue, (we all know compudragon is), "In The Navy" color is pretty close.
Painted a '91 3-axle gooseneck trailer today to match the '22 Denali...
I just found this listing on ebay. I needed a spare for a new truck. Looks like someone is taking them out of new trucks.
Not for me to question, but there is only 9 left. At $39.99, I saved $27 and tax on the spare I bought last winter from my local dealer.
