I think all offroad/lift oriented stuff would be better suited not mixed in, but just my opinion. I see your point on the inactive part too. I think as the platform grows and time goes on things will grow with owner numbers and the aftermarket.
Admins,
If it's possible to create a new sub-forum for specific offroad/overland type stuff that would be awesome. Might even consider a few similar sections; interior mods, exterior, wheels & tires, towing, etc. I think it would help the platform and forum a good deal and make things more...
I'd try the 2.5s but stay away from the 2.0 series; lots of breakages in the Landcruiser world with them. I'd definitely go Bilstein/OME. I'm a firm believer in the KISS principle when it comes to suspension, most of that Baja setup stuff might ride great a while, but how often are you willing...

I can't wait to get the disabler soon, I can't stand it and the delay on take off is a safety problem IMO, not to mention more wear and tear on the truck. Especially if MPG isn't affected, absolutely useless
I had WeatherTech before in my GX460, they were good but the edges sort of wanted to start peeling on the thinner parts. I think the Husky liners, heavier rubber type, might be a little better. I might give them a try once I get tired of the OEM rubber ones. Kind of BS they don't give you...
Does anyone have a bed rack yet, for a RTT or other gear? I'm looking at the Yakima ones but the crossbars are all out of stock most places. OVS - Overland Vehicle Systems looks real nice we well, not trying to spend Leitner money though. Any other suggestions/pictures from existing owners...
Hi Everyone,
New to the forum and diesels, and excited to grow the platform and my knowledge here. Picked up my new 21' this past Friday night after ending the saga of waiting for a Jeep to be built for 3mo. that never started, so onward and upward, BOWTIE! I plan on building up my rig for...
