I know there is a video in which Lake Speed Jr mentions oil and the oil pump drive belt but can't seem to locate it at the moment. He said only oil that meets dexosD specifications should be used. I would think that if the belt starts to degrade, it would show up somehow in an oil analysis but...

I've been using Archoil for the last 38,000 miles and I think it works great and with low number of regens. I had some Opti-Lube XPD sitting in the garage and when I ran out of Archoil, used that. I noticed an immediate increase in regens; from 500 to less than 300 miles. Just switched back...

Those temps are too low. The OPs temps are normal for the LZO.

I think part of the answer is my driving habits have changed since I bought it. When purchased, I was working at home (for over 7 years) and wasn't putting that many miles on it with a lot of in-town driving. Fast forward to back in the office mandate, I now drive a 90-mile daily RT commute.

My regen intervals have been steadily decreasing over time. When newer, I saw a regen in as little as 189 miles. Now they're regularly over 400 miles and recently set a personal best of 500 miles. Granted, it was during a road trip to Spokane over the holidays. It just performed another regen at...
