Announced today from GM, the 2024 Silverado LR2 Trim Package can finally get the 3.0L Duramax engine. Before, the only option was the 6.2L Engine.
Glad to see GM expanding the 3.0L Duramax into other trim packages. I love the tough look personally of the ZR2!
Update.. I'm loving the stance of the truck. The ride is noticeable from a point of view of the rear bounce as most everyone notices. Overall, I'm very pleased and would do it again 100%.
In fact, I should have done it the first week. :D
I finally bit the bullet this week and installed the bilstein 5100's all around on my RST trim truck. I set the front at 2" ( 1 down from max ) and then put in a 1" rear block to help the overall stance. Overall I'm pleased. I still have the stock size tires on the truck..

Yea that's interesting. I know this is not uncommon though, as folks who had plug and play devices like this even on the 6.6 it would throw off that onstar email.
