Great news for the 3.0L Platform.. GM announced the refreshed Tahoe and Suburban will get the 3.0L Duramax diesel. We're assuming the Yukon and XL will follow as they are shown off very soon.

They have always had a "buffer" per say. At least the last few GM trucks I have owed has.. .granted, I've never had it at a half tank and just see if I could get 12 gallons in.. but, if that's the case whats the issue?

Welcome.. the High Country trim is so nice.. also, the 3.0 Duramax is one of the smoothest powertrains I've ever driven.

I love my 3.0, but man the ZR2 Duramax's are looking good! Anyone seen one in person yet?

Well, after my oil change last week I've been monitoring, nothing else has leaked. Cancelled my appt for now, but I will keep an eye on it.

Well I noticed it yesterday on my driveway.. got under the truck and it look like it was the filter, but couldn't really tell. Took it into the dealer today and they said "oil pan gasket" likely.. from my research, it's likely the front seal as well.. I'm right at 42K miles, so I should be...

What's your preferred? A lot of love for the Bosch's out there..

I find no issues passing cars.. I normally travel 55 even 65MPH two lane roads and no issues.
