Does that include updates to the PCM? The radio I could understand but the major modules I don't know. Haven't heard if our trucks can do OTA (over the air) updates like this. If that's the case, then why did we have to make dealers do the update for the CNS?

Same here but stayed mostly above 12V when it was colder. All vehicles since mid-2000's have charging controls, known as SARVC, that limits charging voltage when it's not needed to extend battery life. You can override this when you put it in tow/haul mode to charge trailer batteries.
