Glad to see they have a pretty active forum. Just trade in a 19 Jeep JLU rubicon w/43k for more then I paid for this hog of a truck. Pretty stoked but missing the Jeep life. Any tips for a new diesel owner?
 
Welcome! Enjoy it. This is my 4th Duramax. Maintenance is the key to anything, especially a diesel.

I carry some disposable Nitrile Gloves under my seat so I keep the nasty diesel fuel handle grime outside of my truck. That's my #1 tip :D
 
Tips for new diesel owners try as hard as you can to live in Texas. Tip 2 pick a lubricating fuel additive and stick to it biggest change in diesel is they reduced fuels lubricity.
 
I also try to buy fuel at high volume stations, so you know the fuel is always somewhat fresher.
