Automatic heated steering wheel and seats

Both the heated seats and steering wheel comes on automatically if temperature is below X. Can this automatic functionality be turned off? Same goes for cooling seats.

On page 55 of my owners manual: To enable or disable auto heated or ventilated seats, select Settings > Vehicle > Climate and Air Quality > Auto Cooled or Auto Heated Seats > ON or OFF.
