Fuel injector pump

Has anyone had their fuel injector pump fail or replaced? Watched a youtube video stating it will most likely need to be replaced at 100,000 miles.

I noticed a guy on a Facebook group needed one and it was back ordered for a good bit.. but that's the only thing I've noticed.

100k is not accurate, that's a terrible rumor that I still cannot find where it originated from aside from people sharing what they heard somewhere.
