I had some worries about the cooling capacity however I think it will be fine towing my 6500# RV. We hardly get over 95f here in the summer and don't drive nearly as fast.


He didn't record the tranny temps. That would have been interesting.

Being a Cummins guy and a class 1 truck driver I’m not surprised at all that this little I6 can pull. I think it might be just the perfect half ton motor. I always said dodge should come out with a half ton with the 4bt in it. This is even better being a GMC 👌👍✊👊
 
Yep. I also keep getting amazed at this little motor. For once, GM got it right off the bat (y)
