    Transmission question.

Hmm, haven't tried it and don't think I will. It wouldn't be hard though. I sometimes drive with my hand on the shifter.

    Future 1500 Deisel Owner

Why would you even consider Chevys over the GMC Sierra? It has fewer miles and a better engine (LZO vs LM2). You can always mount different tires if you want in the future, although be prepared for less MPG with AT tires vs all season tires.

    3.0 Duramax no regen

If you are still concerned about the regens, you can always get a Banks or Edge monitor, and it will tell you the status of your DPF filter (soot level) and when regen is active. I use the Edge Insight CTS.

    LZ0 Diesel Mileage

"31 is amazing.. are you driving 55 all the time? :D" No, as you can see from the photo, my average MPH was 37. My commute is mix of city/highway/freeway.

    LZ0 Diesel Mileage

I switched tires again. At times, the Coopers had such a rough ride at freeway speed like everything was shaking. Sometimes, the ride would be smooth, but you never knew what kind of ride you'd get, and this was traveling on the same roads daily. I took them back three times to get them balanced...

    Black out emblems installed

What I would really like to do is have the grille painted the same body with the black emblem. But then again, I'd have to remove it which would be a PIA plus I don't want to screw up my PPF on the front.

    Black out emblems installed

Switched out the front and back chrome badging for the blacked-out ones. I was procrastinating doing this due to thinking I would have to remove the grille for the front badge. Found a super easy way of replacing it without taking the grille out. Will do the side badging at some later point...

New truck coming in a few weeks.

Congrats on the new truck and welcome aboard! I don't tow anything currently, but I have used use Timbren-like absorbers in a previous truck, and it certainly helped. If I tow in the future, I'm more inclined to get air bags though. As far as diesel additives, I've tried both Opti-Lube XPD...

    3 issues so far

Hmm, I'm not having any issues using Apple CarPlay with either cable or Bluetooth. I can listen to music and see my maps at the same time. I feel the same about Google but they are probably locked in contractually with GM so don't think that can happen unless you can hack into the system.
