I get about 2mpg better when using sport mode. Last tank was 2mpg better, same mix of driving.

I had the same issues. My check engine light went off once it started. They finally did the reflash for me. It happens so random, who knows if it helped. I do have a 10mm socket in my glovebox now just in case it happens again. Disconnecting the battery for a minute seemed to help my truck.

Yep. I like the truck too! My snowmobile trailer is 23ft. With 3 sleds I avg 12-14mpg at 70mph. At 60-65 I avg 16-17. -18f started no prob. No need to plug in

What airbags did you go with?

Well it took a couple weeks to get the truck in… Yeesh. Anyhow they reprogrammed the ECM. Per Bullentin# PIP5823B. Must be the reflash. Anyhoo. Time will tell if that was the fix. It turns over a few more times before it starts… all I can tell so far.

Just happened to me for the second time. I tried 4 times. No dice. I unhooked the negative cable for 30sec. Reconnected and it fired right up. Definitely something electrical.

Did the seal completely pop out of the timing cover? Just curious?

For me, I held the reset button down. It asked me if I would like to reset, I selected yes and it reset. No probs.

With foot off the brake, I held the start button in for 5 second and you can hear the truck start the air purge process. Easy.

Highway driving…175-180. In the city, I’ve seen up to 205. Towing a 4200ish lb v nose snowmobile trailer on highway at 75mph…189.

I wouldn’t worry about it going bad.

Not so much miles but gallons of diesel. My truck used about 1.9% DEF to diesel by volume. Not alot of towing either. I just looked, about 2900 miles before I added 2.5gal DEF.

I go through about 2.5gal DEF every 2500 miles. Not alot of towing. I would just let it run down low and fill or half fill and just add more often. You'll go through a tank of DEF in 7500 miles. I can't see it going bad in a year.

What year is your truck?

Nothing Super Exciting. Towed my Jetskiis about 120 miles. Maybe 2000lbs fully fueled. Averaged 19.8mpg for the trip. WAY WAY better than the Ram with a hemi I had. Easily 5-6mpg better. Pulled that trailer effortlessly up hills and on the highway.

My truck consistently regenerates between 260-280 miles. On highway trips, it's made it to 450 between regen. I don't use Torque Pro anymore but the longer you have your truck, you'll be able to tell when it is regenerating. Higher idle at stop, lower instant fuel mileage. First couple regens...
