Chrome should not be inside the truck!

Just bought a 2025 1500 SLT and get a bunch of reflection off of the chrome trim in the cab. I live in Florida and we have plenty of sunlight and it gets annoying with all the light reflecting off the chrome. Has anyone found a solution? That is one feature I miss about my old 2500 AT4, the chrome was blacked out.

I agree.. the console is a awful spot. Most people buy some matte vinyl from Amazon and just wrap it.. it's easy and doesn't take long, and looks pretty good.

Keep it on the farm long enough, it'll get covered in dust. Just don't dust and you'll be golden!

It wouldn’t be a problem but the engineer decided to tilt the chrome on the dash at just the right angle so that when the sun is overhead it doesn’t matter what direction you drive, the sunlight is reflected directly into your eyes. If the dash chrome was vertical it wouldn’t bother anyone.
