Dealer update=No Steering wheel controls

Had an update done about 2 weeks ago and ever sense, the song skip buttons on the back of the steering wheel only work half time. Anyone else seen this? Ive really never seen anything good from a dealer update

Which update? I had the no start flash done and for like two days, it was wonky. I didn't mention it in the no start thread as I thought it was just a random occurrence.

Since it was an ECU update for engine controls, it shouldn't have affected the controls or the radio. Come to think of it though, my buttons sometimes won't work when I try to flip though Sirius channels but that happens when I try to go too fast. Had it completely freeze once when I tried to go too fast and took a while to work again. Methinks it just can't take a lot of input too fast.

I’m not sure which update they did, this was the first update since buying the truck, April 21. Buttons wouldn’t work again this morning on the way in to work but worked fine on the way home.
