We bought a pre-owned 2020 Silverado LTZ Z71 3.0 Diesel from a dealer. According to the opinions listed on the CarFacts we were given, it has an Infotainment 3 Premium with navigation system. In the apps there is a Traffic icon that’s greyed out (capable, but not enabled?). We’re trying to leverage our SiriusXM subscription and add XM traffic to it . However, when I try and order it, XMs “select vehicle” says that Infotainment 3 Premium was not available for our truck. Is there any way to determine exactly what unit we have? I’m thinking maybe the previous owner upgraded it.
