Which MPG do you go off of?

I noticed that I have three different MPG readings on my truck and I was curious as to which one you would go off of?

The first image is how many miles I’ve put on the truck since I’ve purchased it (used of course).

The second picture is how many miles I’ve put on the truck since it’s last oil change.

And the third picture is the Overall average in a 400 mile range setting.

I know that I should calculate the usage from the time I fill up the tank to the time I refill the tank. However, I was curious to see which one you would consider to be the most accurate on your truck.

I have two trip meters. One I reset every month. The other is reset when I fill up. I hand calculate and found it's fairly accurate compared to the trip meters. I also reset my 50 mile meters every fill up.

Good point, I've always reset trip 2 for whatever reason, and use that for a visual between fill ups.
