I have the same BAK revolver X2 cover. I really like it, and I don't have the "winter" issue as I live in Florida. The additional Pro I would add is that it rolls up into a smaller size than the fold up covers do, which leaves more of the bed open when you need as much of it uncovered as possible.
This probably sounds like a dumb question, but when the auto shut-off stops and re-starts the engine, it causes a shudder. Could that be what you are feeling?
So I was looking at removing the front air dam on my 2020 AT4, but it looks like the wheel well liners would be exposed and hanging down. Has anyone else tried this?
Just from the trucks internal trip, I'm getting about 18 to 20 MPG around Miami in traffic. About 17 when I'm towing a boat. Highway miles it jumps up to about 27mpg. I haven't kept track when I'm going off road / dirt roads.
No problem at all. In fact, on the day I took that pic, it was a bit rainy, and the tide was super low, revealing the slimy bottom section of the ramp. Other 4WD gas trucks around me were revving up and spinning their tires. I just put mine into trailer mode, put it into full time 4WD high...
Love my truck, but I could use some better lighting in reverse. I tried to change out the reversing bulbs, but then realized that the AT4 package is a sealed unit, so you can't get to the bulbs individually. Anyone have any ideas about mods to give more light when backing up?
