GM Recall for Momentary Rear Wheel Lock-Up

Got 2 of them that fall into this mess. Don't like the remedy for now. Rewrite the module software to keep transmission from shifting above 5th gear and go into limp mode. Will not be taking them in until they fail or a valve body available.

    New shoes showed up today.

Nitto's new AT Terra Grappler G3's. Truck has G2's now, but Nitto discontinued the G2 in 22". Would run another set if available. Road nice and did everything they were asked to do. I'll give a report on what I think of them after their mounted Tuesday, before the snow flies. Still 3peak...

    Bumpy ride at 65 mph+

Nitto G2's, no longer made in 22's. But Nitto has come out with the G3, in my size. Looks even better siping and also a 3peak.

    Fuel Filter housing

Looks interesting. Would like to know more on what the designers say about the wif sensor. I saw one design on a ford, that it was recommended to open the drain valve on bottom of the filter every fuel-up. This adapter looks like ¾ of the filter would be filled with water, before the wif...

Belt Tensioner Failed at 40k Miles

That's why I was asking about a abnormal sound. You'd think a bearing failure would make noise before a catastrophic failure. Thank you for posting about this issue.
