Finally got the new block adapter today. Not cheap!!! I will hopefully get it installed next weekUpdate: still waiting for the machine shop to make the new adapter. He had to order the 1”-16 tap which is not a standard size. That’s all he’s waiting on.
More news later.
Nice install, I'm really wondering on the oil appearance and so on.Bypass installed. Added roughly 2 quarts to the system. Everything seems good no leaks! Give it a few weeks and hopefully it will clean up the oil.
I can supply the drawing and a 3D model if anyone wants it.
I’ll update as I learn more. Hopefully I get some good results.Nice install, I'm really wondering on the oil appearance and so on.
You’re not concerned about the filter hanging down so low (below the frame rail)?Bypass installed. Added roughly 2 quarts to the system. Everything seems good no leaks! Give it a few weeks and hopefully it will clean up the oil.

I'm a bit concerned about the filter being the low but I don't really have any other options. I'm thinking about putting a shield around it.You’re not concerned about the filter hanging down so low (below the frame rail)?
Oil should be clean after 3-400 miles if it’s doing what they say it is. Amsoil‘s youtube video it clears up in like 1 minute.
Yes. I already have the sample kit. Going to give it another few thousand miles and send it in.Are you planning on sending your oil in for particle size analysis? Just curious.
Not really. A bit disappointed. I'm good knowing I have better filtration but still....Oil looking any cleaner on the dipstick?
